Biblical Faithfulness in a Hurried World
In a world driven by speed, pressure, and constant demands, church leaders are often tempted to measure fruitfulness by activity rather than faithfulness. Yet the ministry of Jesus was never hurried, never frantic, and never driven by the expectations of the crowds. He moved with purpose, patience, and complete trust in His Father — and He calls His people to lead in the same way.
Healthy Churches Asia 2027 will explore what it means to lead and serve at the pace of Christ.
Through a series of biblical expositions, we will consider how Scripture calls pastors, elders, and church leaders to pursue faithful, sustainable ministry rooted in God’s Word. Rather than chasing urgency, we will reflect on how patient shepherding, steady proclamation, meaningful discipleship, and prayerful dependence build truly healthy churches over time.
Our Main Speaker
Brian Croft
Senior Pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church and Founder of Practical Shepherding
Brian Croft is the former Senior Pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky and is the Founder of Practical Shepherding. He is also Senior Fellow for the Mathena Center for Church Revitalization and an Adjunct Professor at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in pastoral ministry for over twenty-five years, spending seventeen of those years as Senior Pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church. He and his wife Cara have four children.
Why Healthy Churches Asia Exists
Healthy Churches Asia exists to bring together church leaders who share a deep conviction about the centrality of the local church in God’s purposes. Each year, HCA creates space for pastors, church partners, and ministry leaders from across Asia to gather around Scripture, learn from one another, and strengthen gospel partnerships.
Our aim is not quick results, but clarity, trust, and long-term faithfulness shaped by God’s Word.

What to Expect at HCA 2027
Over three days, participants will gather for Bible teaching, focused sessions, breakout discussions, and regional conversations—all designed to encourage clarity, deepen trust, and strengthen partnerships. HCA 2027 will bring together leaders from across Asia to learn, pray, and walk together around a shared vision for compelling, gospel-shaped community.
